Private Practice and Therapy
In my practice I work with clients in individual and family therapy, building from a systems point of view. I have particular expertise in working with adolescents and adults suffering from ADHD, anxiety, depression, and life transitions more broadly. I have been a practicing Clinical Psychologist since 1991.
Assessments, Evaluations, and Consultations
I carry out comprehensive psychological evaluations to assess for learning, attention, and emotional issues that may be impacting a child’s learning process and school experience. I specialize in diagnosing and evaluating children with ADHD, specific learning disabilities, anxiety, and mood disorders. I also consult with schools about children I work with in the office, in order to create an effective partnership and framework to allow for children to be more successful in school, at home, and with peers.
School Psychology and Consultation
I have more than twenty years of experience working as a consultant and school psychologist in schools. More specifically, I work with teachers, administrators, and families to build and sustain teams that support children through times of struggle and crisis. Although some of this work is specifically targeted towards an individual child’s success, I have experience developing systems and building teams that support students and families and build capacity in teachers and administrators.
