I earned my BA from the University of Pennsylvania in 1985 and I received my MA and Ph.D in Clinical Developmental Psychology from Bryn Mawr College in 1987 and 1991. I completed my School Psychology Certification through Bryn Mawr College in 1987 and my clinical internship at CHOP’s Philadelphia Child Guidance Clinic in 1991. I then completed a post-doctoral fellowship there serving as Liaison Psychologist between the Philadelphia Child Guidance Clinic and CHOP’s Division of Gastroenterology and Nutrition until 1994.
I began my private practice in 1991 and have been practicing ever since. I have taught at the University of Pennsylvania and Rutgers University. I have also served as the Clinical Director of the ADHD summer treatment program at CHOP. I served as the school psychologist at Chestnut Hill Academy from 1996 to 1999, and at The Philadelphia School from 1996 until 2015. I have also worked as a school psychological consultant for The Philadelphia School, Beauvoir, the National Cathedral School in Washington, DC, and The King School in Stamford, CT.
I am a member of the American Psychological Association, Pennsylvania Psychological Association, and Specialists of Schools. I have been granted the Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) by PSYPACT commission.
